12-Day Tanzania & Kenya Safari

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha, Tanzania

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Meet your Pangolin Expeditions guide and transfer to your lodge. Overnight in Arusha.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for elephants, baobabs, and seasonal swamps. Enjoy an afternoon game drive. Overnight at a lodge near the park.

Day 3: Tarangire – Serengeti National Park

Travel to the Serengeti, stopping for a short break. Arrive for an afternoon game drive, spotting lions, zebras, and wildebeest. Overnight in the Serengeti.

Day 4–5: Serengeti Full-Day Safaris

Spend two days exploring the Serengeti plains, witnessing predator-prey interactions, large herds, and seasonal migration patterns. Overnight in the Serengeti.

Day 6: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

Drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Stop at Olduvai Gorge if time permits. Overnight near the crater rim.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater Tour

Descend into the crater for a full-day wildlife safari. Enjoy lunch in the crater before returning to your lodge.

Day 8: Ngorongoro – Maasai Mara, Kenya

Cross into Kenya and drive to the Maasai Mara National Reserve, famous for lions, cheetahs, and elephants. Afternoon game drive in the Mara. Overnight at a lodge or camp.

Day 9–10: Maasai Mara Safari

Spend two full days on safari in the Maasai Mara. Optional balloon safaris can be arranged. Witness incredible wildlife concentrations and interactions. Overnight in the Mara.

Day 11: Maasai Mara – Nairobi

After a morning game drive, drive to Nairobi for overnight stay. Visit local markets or the Nairobi Giraffe Center if time permits.

Day 12: Departure

Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight home, concluding the safari.
